FAQ – Frequently asked questions
How does a custom order work?
After you place your order, you send us a few clear photos of your pet. We pick the best angles, check any small details with you if needed, and then start sculpting. When your piece is finished, we pack it safely and ship it straight to your door.
How long will it take?
Our head portraits usually take about 2–4 weeks to make. Full-body pieces take around 3–5 weeks because there’s a lot more detail. Shipping time depends on where you live, but you’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order goes out.
Can you work from old or low-quality photos?
In most cases, yes. Clear, well-lit photos are always best, but we know that sometimes the only pictures you have are older ones. We’ll do our best with what you send and may ask for extra photos if we need more detail.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship internationally with tracked shipping from our studio. The shipping cost is shown at checkout once you enter your address.
What if I want a small change?
If you’d like to adjust something, please reach out as soon as possible while we’re still working on your piece. Because everything is felted by hand, big changes after it’s finished are difficult, but we’ll always see what we can do.
