Returns
Because every portrait is custom-made from your photos, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns.
If your order arrives damaged, or we made a clear mistake, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll repair, remake, or refund where appropriate.

How long does it take to process an order?
Most custom portraits take about 2–4 weeks to make, depending on our queue and the complexity of your pet’s fur and markings.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide with tracked shipping. Delivery time will vary by country, but we’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
Can I order if my pet has passed away?
Absolutely. Many of our portraits are memorial pieces. As long as you have a few clear photos, we can create a keepsake that feels like them.
Can I request changes to the portrait?
Before we finish, we’ll share photos of your piece. You can request small tweaks to details like fur color, markings or expression so it feels just right.
