How to Order

Ordering a custom LumoPaws piece is simple.

Here’s how it works:

 

 

 

1. Choose your piece

 


Browse our shop and pick the style that feels right for your pet:

 

  • Head portrait of your cat or dog

  • Near life-size full-body cat or dog sculpture

  • Small figurine or character-style ornament

 


Each product page shows photos, examples, pricing, and estimated processing time.

 

 

 

2. Place your order

 


On the product page, select the options you need and add the item to your cart.

At checkout, please:

 

  • Tell us your pet’s name

  • Let us know if this is a memorial piece or for a pet who is still with you

  • Add any special notes (eye color, favorite collar, unique markings, etc.)

 


Please complete payment to confirm your order.

Once payment is received, your order is added to our handmade production queue.

 

 

 

3. Send us your photos

 


After checkout, you can send us your photos by:

 

  • Replying to your order confirmation email, or

  • Using the contact details shown on our website

 


For the best result, please send:

 

  • 1–2 clear front-facing photos of your pet

  • If possible, a three-quarter view or side view

  • Photos that show your pet’s true fur color and important markings

 


If your pet has already passed away and you only have a few older photos, that’s completely okay—just send us what you have, and we’ll do our very best.

 

 

 

4. We confirm the details (if needed)

 


If we have any questions about color, markings, or pose, we’ll email you before we start.


For simple orders, we may begin right away using the photos and notes you’ve already provided, without any extra back-and-forth.

 

 

 

5. We handcraft your piece

 


Then we begin carefully felting your pet by hand using wool.


Typical making times:

 

  • Head portrait: about 2–4 weeks

  • Full-body piece: about 3–5 weeks

  • Small figurines: please see each product page

 


These time frames refer to production time only and do not include shipping.

 

 

 

6. Shipping & tracking

 


Once your piece is finished, we carefully pack it and ship it to you.


You’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

For international orders, we use trackable shipping whenever possible.


Delivery time depends on your country/region and the shipping method you choose.

7. If you have a special date

 


If you need your piece to arrive by a specific date (birthday, anniversary, memorial date, etc.), please contact us before ordering with:

 

  • Your country and city

  • Which product you’re interested in

  • The date you’d like it to arrive by

 


We’ll let you know honestly whether it’s possible.
