How it works
1. Place your order and tell us your dog’s name at checkout.
2. Send us several clear photos of your dog (front and side views work best).
3. We create your portrait by hand and ship it to you once it’s finished.

• Every piece is made to order.
• Please allow 2–4 weeks for us to create your portrait before it ships.

Size, framing & display

These portraits are made in a compact display size – roughly the height of an adult hand
(around 15–20 cm / 6–8 inches).

We normally use two frame sizes for this product:
• approx. 15 × 20 cm
• approx. 17 × 23 cm
(about 6” × 8” and 6.7” × 9”)

All portraits are built on a similar base structure, but the visible size can look a bit larger or smaller depending on your dog’s coat length, ears and overall styling. For long-haired or very fluffy dogs, we usually choose the larger frame so the face looks balanced and not crowded. Small variations in the final size are normal for handmade work.

Frame options

We offer two types of frames for this portrait:
• Enclosed frame – the front is covered with glass/acrylic to help protect the piece from dust.
• Open frame – no front cover, so the portrait feels more like a sculpture.

We’ll choose the frame style that suits your dog best.
If you have a preference, you can leave a note at checkout – changing the frame style is free of charge.

Each portrait is completely handmade and based on your photos.
We always do our best to capture your dog’s unique look and personality, but small artistic differences are part of the charm of a custom piece.

 

Shipping
• Worldwide tracked shipping: flat rate $39.90.
• If the actual courier cost is higher, we cover the extra – you only ever pay $39.90.
• Most orders arrive 7–15 business days after shipment. Processing time for each handmade piece is listed in the product description.

Returns
Because every portrait is custom-made from your photos, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns.
If your order arrives damaged, or we made a clear mistake, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll repair, remake, or refund where appropriate.
